I created The Catch & Calm Hour because I kept seeing the same story: incredible women blaming themselves for feeling broken, when really, their nervous system was just trying to protect them and it’s totally FREE for a limited period.
In this gentle 60-minute session, we’ll explore what’s happening in your mind and body, use my Embodied Thought Catching Method to quiet the noise, and practise simple tools to help you feel grounded, safe, and back in control.
