When you’ve experienced baby loss or birth trauma, it can feel incredibly hard to know how to move forward. You might feel stuck in the memories of what happened, isolated in your grief, or unsure where to turn for support. Please know, you don’t have to face this alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you find strength, resilience, and hope again.

I specialise in supporting people through the unique challenges of perinatal mental health, including antenatal anxiety, traumatic birth experiences, pregnancy and infant loss, and the complex emotions that can come with adjusting to life as a new parent. These experiences can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or even questioning yourself. Together, we’ll create a safe and compassionate space where your feelings are always valid and your healing is always possible.

Therapy with me is about more than simply coping. It’s about gently processing what has happened, understanding what’s holding you back, and building practical tools to help you move forward. Using approaches such as EMDR, we can work to ease the weight of distressing memories, reduce anxiety, and restore a sense of calm and control. While we cannot change the past, we can change the way it affects you, opening the door to a future that feels lighter and more connected.

This group space is designed to help you feel less alone, more understood, and supported as you manage the complex emotions of expecting a baby after loss. How can I help?

I use evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, which is recommended by NHS England’s NICE Guidelines for trauma treatment. This approach helps ease the weight of distressing memories so you can feel calmer and more connected. Alongside therapy, I provide Clinical Supervision for Counsellors and Reflective Practice groups for organisations, including NHS teams. These spaces give professionals the opportunity to pause, reflect, and enhance their emotional wellbeing at work
